They say they are a huge company and that they have a lot of departments "including a certain legal" department who is all set to save their repute. But they do not have the basic courtesy to tell a customer, ok, you wanted a trial, you paid full fees, you know it's a logical error, so, let's sort this amicably! Unfortunately, apparently I'm their only paid customer this quarter that they will rip me off.

It was a regretful day when i saw them on Google, I went in to sign up for their apparently "risk-free" trial! I tried to use my card, then realised that paypal provides buyer protection! But Sorry, Paypal protects it's sellers! They pay the commission you see! I switched modes to Paypal and the system without a warning changed the amount to 29 Euros! The moment I realized I was charged incorrctly I contacted WebSeoAnalytics and they outright refused any refund! So I cancelled my account. I raised a dispute with Paypal and they declined it too... Now I am out of 2500 INR and that's a whole lot of money, with a cancelled account and no hope of a refund! And I have no clue what even ONE of their services are! So much for a world class company! Stay clear guys! This one's a perfect example of HIGHWAY ROBBERY!
